Option 1Private Session plus two Wednesday Classes at 5.30pm$125
The introductory program provides an opportunity to meet and introduce the important foundations of an Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga practice; look closely at your technique; work with your individual requirements, including any physical issues. * A one hour private session will be held at a negotiated, mutually suitable time within one week of starting classes.
Option 2Four Guided Classes plus one at 5.30pm$125
A 5 week course to get you started if you are new to Yoga or to Ashtanga yoga. This course introduces very important foundations, specialized methods and techniques essential to develop beneficial pathways for an ashtanga yoga practice.
New to yoga or ashtanga yoga
Ongoing classes are clearly structured for individual students to progress through appropriate levels so that each student moves through a series of introduction, consolidation and ongoing development. Based on vinyasa krama each student is taught to progress mindfully, increasing their awareness and understanding of their body, inner selves and interaction with others. Each student is encouraged to enjoy the challenges along their own pathway.
